Privacy and Cookie statement
Effective Date: September 1st, 2024
This Privacy and Cookie Statement (“Statement”) outlines how we may collect, use, or share your information; the options available to you regarding our use of your information; how we protect this information; and how you can reach us about our privacy practices. This Statement applies to any information we may gather when you visit or use our website (the “Site”).
CHANGES
We may update this Statement from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Statement will signify your acceptance of those changes.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide
We may collect personal information that you provide directly, such as when you contact our support team via email. This may include your email address, name, address, telephone number, and any other information you choose to share with us.
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill our obligations or achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or as allowed by applicable law. Unless legally required to retain it longer, we will delete or anonymize your personal information once the retention period ends.
Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect information through various tools and technologies, such as cookies and web server logs, when you visit and use our Site. Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your web browser that may enable the website to recognize your device, record preferences, track your interactions on the website, and identify the website you visited before ours. Information collected may include browser characteristics, IP addresses, device identifiers, operating system details, internet service provider details, language preferences, referring URLs, visit times and durations, and pages viewed.
These tools may also include GPS software, geo-filtering, and other location-aware technologies to determine your location for purposes such as verifying your location and delivering or restricting content based on your location.
Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can adjust your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. However, blocking cookies may impact the availability and functionality of the Site and other websites. Disabling cookies may also affect opt-out mechanisms that rely on cookies to recognize devices that have opted out.
DO NOT TRACK
Please be aware that we may collect information about your online activities over time and across different devices and websites when you use the Site.
Your web browser may have settings that allow you to send a “Do Not Track” signal when you visit various websites or use online services. Like many websites, our Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers. To learn more about “Do Not Track” signals, visit www.allaboutdnt.com.
ADVERTISING
We may use third parties to display advertisements on other online services. Some third parties may participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) AdChoices Program, and they may display an Advertising Option Icon for interest-based ads, which links to an opt-out tool that allows you to make choices regarding targeting.
More information about the DAA AdChoices Program is available at http://www.youradchoices.com/, and its mobile app opt-out program at http://www.aboutads.info/appchoices.
Certain advertising networks and exchanges may also participate in the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”). You can opt out of certain interest-based ads delivered by NAI members by visiting http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and https://www.networkadvertising.org/mobile-choice/.
Please note that even if you opt out of certain interest-based ads, you may still receive non-targeted ads. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of, or compliance with, other parties’ opt-out options or programs, or the accuracy of their statements regarding their programs.
To limit mobile tracking technologies and related activities, you can adjust or reset advertising or targeting information in your mobile device settings. Please consult your device’s operating system instructions or other materials to learn how to change these settings.
ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, 94043 CA, USA. Google Analytics stores information (including your IP address) about your use of the Site in cookies and may transfer it to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored and analyzed. We have configured settings to ensure only anonymized IP addresses are processed. Google uses this data on our behalf to evaluate your use of the Site, generate reports on website activity, and provide other services related to the use of our website, helping us continuously improve the Site and your experience. You can disable these cookies using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags through an interface. The Google Tag Manager itself does not use cookies or collect personal data. It only triggers other tags, which may collect data. If tracking has been disabled at the domain or browser level, it remains in effect for all tags managed by Google Tag Manager.
For more information on how Google Analytics uses data collected from your use of the Site, visit: www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/. To opt out of Google Analytics cookies, visit: http://www.google.com/settings/ads and https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
Please note that we do not control how other parties manage their opt-out processes.

We may share your personal information with affiliates, business partners, vendors, and other third parties.

For advertising purposes, we may share your information with certain vendors, which may include your personal information (e.g., email address) and information collected automatically.
In the event of a business transaction, such as the sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets (e.g., as part of a merger, reorganization, or liquidation), we may disclose any information collected through the Site.

Our Site may contain links to other websites owned and operated by third parties. These websites operate independently from us and have their own privacy and security policies.
